The consultancy is currently working as a single-expert firm, operated by its founder Aleksi Tepponen. Our future growth strategy is built on carefully onboarding only the highest-grade consultants to ensure continuity of our world-class expertise.

I have a background built on a valuable combination of deep technical knowledge and strategic deployment experience in the Automated Mobility sector. With an M.Sc. in Automotive Engineering, I have been a key contributor to over 25 Automated Mobility projects across Europe and Asia. These projects range from the first long-term deployment of automated vehicles above the Arctic Circle in Bodø, Norway, where temperatures dropped to below -20°C, to coordinating a test program for an automated dumper truck in Japan in +40°C.
Through these experiences, I have gained a unique perspective of the field, moving from the hands-on development of Automated Driving Systems to working for an Automated Vehicle Public Transport Operator, where I connected the technology with real-world application. My contributions to the field have been recognized, among other things, with the Finnish Engineering Work of the Year Award. I’m driven by my personal mission of making our living more sustainable with the help of technologies such as Automated Driving.
